The main and largest town is Amalfi. Ravello is an enchanting small place on a tranquil hill-top above Amalfi. Positano it is a picturesque and delightful mosaic of pretty painted houses clinging to a steep slope down to the sea. Ischia and Capri are enchanting famous islands opposite the Riviera.

Pastiera Napoletana, Easter pie filled with ricotta cheese flavoured with candied fruits, cinnamon and orange blossom essence.

-Struffoli, sweet fried dumplings massed into a cone and held togetherwith honey.
-BabĂ , also known as "savarin", a mushroom-shaped piece of grown paste, soaked with an orange flavoured mixture of rhum and water.
